Dr. Lakhbir K. Jassal

Dr. Jassal's interests and skillset are diverse and cultured by means of her cosmopolitan identity. She is a counsellor, wellness practitioner, academic and creative soul with experience in holistic & mental health, including, but not limited to holistic psychotherapy for children, youth and adults (PTSD, grief & loss, trauma, palliative/end of life care, relationship difficulties, self-sabotaging behaviour, sports and rehabilitation);, naturopathic and ayurvedic wellness, delivering talks on mental health especially on the topic of death, dying and 'sending off' of body/remains, conference/seminar/retreat organizing, and teaching/lecturing. In addition, she is a humanitarian, yoga enthusiast, writer, explorer, and global wellness ambassador.
